Information pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR · Last updated: August 2026

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This site is essentially a static overview page (link-in-bio) with no tracking or marketing cookies. Personal data is only collected if you request one of the free PDF freebies via the form, or reach out through the cooperation form.

2. Server Log Files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes connection data transmitted by your browser — in particular your IP address, the date and time of the request, the resource requested, the referrer URL, and browser/operating-system information. This is technically necessary to deliver the site reliably and securely. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure, stable operation of the website).

3. Fonts (Google Fonts)

This page loads the "Geist" typeface from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) directly from Google's servers. When the page loads, your browser transmits your IP address to Google so the font files can be delivered. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent, fast-loading typographic presentation). Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Forms (Freebie Sign-up & Cooperation Inquiries)

If you request one of the free PDFs ("Unf*ck your Life", "Passion to Business"), we process the data you provide in the form: name and email address. The sole purpose is to send you the requested PDF by email and to provide the instant download. The legal basis is your explicit consent given via the checkbox in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR) — simply contact us by email to do so.

If you get in touch via the "Request Cooperation" form, we process your name, email address, and message to handle your inquiry and reply to you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps prior to entering into a contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). We use this information solely to handle your inquiry, never for advertising.

To prevent abuse (automated spam submissions), we additionally collect the IP address and a technical timing/form signal from the submission process. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in preventing abuse).

5. Processors

To operate the site and deliver freebies, we use the following service providers, with whom data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place:

We do not use AI services to process your personal data.

6. International Data Transfers

The service providers listed above may process data in the USA. Transfers take place on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) for certified providers, supplemented by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

7. Retention Period

Server logs are stored for a short period (generally no more than 30 days). We store your freebie sign-up data (name, email) until you withdraw your consent or request deletion; at the latest, we automatically delete it after 24 months of no further interaction, or upon request. Cooperation inquiries (name, email, message) are stored until your inquiry has been fully handled and are generally deleted within 12 months thereafter, unless an ongoing business relationship follows.

8. Cookies & Local Storage

This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. The hidden anti-spam field and the timing signal in the forms are plain form fields with no browser storage involved.

The only item stored on your device is your language preference (German or English), saved in your browser's local storage under the key jn-lang when you use the language switch. It contains nothing but the value "de" or "en", is never transmitted to us or to third parties, and is not used to recognise or track you. This storage is strictly necessary to provide the language selection you explicitly requested (Sec. 25(2) no. 2 German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act, TDDDG), so no consent is required. You can delete it at any time via your browser settings.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21) under the GDPR. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). To exercise these rights, simply email support@neese-consulting.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

10. Changes to This Policy

We update this privacy policy whenever our data processing or the applicable law changes materially. The current version is always available at this address.
